Salesforce

Enhancements:

• Records created in Salesforce before the 10Duke Integration Service was deployed can now be synchronized and updated in 10Duke Enterprise. This means that when the system receives an update event for a record (for example an account or contact), it automatically retrieves the necessary data from Salesforce. This data retrieval allows the system to then correctly create or update the corresponding record in 10Duke Enterprise.

  Note the following for successful data retrieval:

  • The update event must include information for both the account and the contact.

  • A contact must be associated with the account in Salesforce.

  • The update event must contain a record ID.

  By default, this feature is not enabled. If needed, please contact the 10Duke Integration Support team for a configuration change in your deployment.
